Michael Pollock - Of Counsel

Michael Pollock possesses more than 30 years of legal experience, and his practice focuses primarily on patent analysis, including infringement and validity studies and patent procurement.  Mr. Pollock also has significant experience in IP-related transactional work, and with a wide variety of technologies, particularly in the electronics arts.  Mr. Pollock's reputation in the legal community has earned him Martindale-Hubbell's prestigious "AV" peer rating, signifying preeminent levels of professionalism and ethical standards.

Mr. Pollock received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1970 and his Juris Doctor degree from The University of San Francisco School of Law in 1977.  He is admitted to practice in California and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Association and the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of California.
