Philip Shaw - Of Counsel

Philip Shaw possesses more than 40 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on assisting clients in diverse industries with patent infringement and validity analysis, including formal opinions.  His excellent reputation in the legal community has earned him Martindale-Hubbell's prestigious "AV" peer rating, which signifies preeminent levels of professionalism and ethical standards.

Mr. Shaw received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1965 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California- Hastings College of Law in 1968.  He is admitted to practice in California and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
