TODD A. NOAH - Partner
Mr. Noah's practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation and client counseling. He has advised clients in various technologies including biotechnology, semiconductor processing and circuits, semiconductor fabrication
equipment, computer software and hardware, video entertainment systems, food processing, wine bottling, consumer products, and action toys. He has appeared before federal and state courts and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Noah is a member of the California, New York and New Jersey bars and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He is a member of the litigation sections of the American Bar Association,
California State Bar and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
He is also a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association and the Northern California Chapter of the American Business Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Noah was formerly the Patent Law Chairman for the San Francisco Intellectual
Property Law Association.
Mr. Noah received a B.S. in Bio-Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University in 1985 and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1988.
Mr. Noah's reported cases are: Wang Laboratories, Inc. v. America Online, Inc. and Netscape Communications, Inc., 197 F.3d 1377 (Fed. Cir. 1999) and Netword, LLC v. Central Corp., 242 F.3d 1347 (Fed. Cir. 2001).
