PHILIP SHAW- Of Counsel
Mr. Shaw joined the firm in 2002. His practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation and client counseling, particularly patent infringement opinions and patent prosecution. He has represented clients in diverse
technologies, including analog and digital video recording and transmission systems, video and audio data compression, field programmable logic arrays, medical devices, semiconductor fabrication technologies, computer architecture,
computer-based systems and software, high frequency data processing, optical imaging, communications products and others.
Mr. Shaw is a member of the California bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Mr. Shaw received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1965 and a J.D. from Hastings College of Law in 1968.
