Malcolm B. Wittenberg - Of Counsel
Mr. Wittenberg was a patent examiner for five years in the late 60’s and early 70’s. He also was a law clerk for a judge at the U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, the predecessor court to the U.S. Federal Circuit
